"We" means that operating business. "You" means a person using the site or placing an order. The shop named above is the seller. The site does not list a second seller. The website address for this shop is makeupshine.net.

2. Placing an order

Placing an order is an offer to buy on these terms. Placing an order does not mean it has been paid. A UPI order stays unpaid until a person matches the bank credit with the amount and the order number. Cash on delivery is collected by the courier. The thank-you page does not accept the order as paid.

3. Who can place an order

The shop is set up for addresses in India. The operating business has to confirm any age rule. This page does not decide that an order placed by someone under 18 is void.

4. Account and delivery details

Checkout uses an account. The name, phone number, email address, and delivery address need to be accurate enough for the shop to match the order and, if it dispatches, to deliver it. You are responsible for use of your password. Tell the shop if you think someone else has used the account.

The shop can leave a UPI order unpaid when the bank credit cannot be matched, or leave an order undispatched when the address is incomplete. That is not, by itself, a finding of fraud.

5. Products, shades and prices

Each product page shows the name, the price, the shade, and the pack size that can be selected. Where a listing title did not include a pack size, the selector shows Standard. That is not a measured volume. Shade on a screen can differ from the product. The shop does not describe these products as medicine and does not promise a result for skin, hair or scent. A brand name on a product identifies that product. It does not mean this shop is that brand.

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. When a product shows two amounts, the higher figure is the listed price and the lower figure is the current price. The listed price is the price shown before the current price. It is not stated to be a maximum retail price. The amount due, including any delivery charge, is shown at checkout before the order is placed. The delivery charge is the one on Shipping & Delivery.

The amount on a UPI order is the amount a person must match in the bank record. A price can change before an order is placed. It does not change the amount of an order already placed. If a price was published by mistake, the shop may decline to treat the order as paid, and will tell you. The quantity shown can change before checkout finishes. If the shop cannot supply an item after a payment has been matched, it will write to you. Whether that amount is returned follows Returns & Refunds.

6. Payment

Checkout can show UPI instructions, but this shop is in sample mode. Those details are not for sending money. A UPI order stays unpaid until a person matches a bank credit. A screenshot, a UTR, or the thank-you page does not confirm payment. Cash on delivery adds a ₹49 fee, which is not refunded. The shop does not ask for a UPI PIN on this website.

7. Delivery, returns and cancellation

Delivery follows Shipping & Delivery. Orders placed on this website are delivered by the shop. Standard delivery takes 5–9 business days from dispatch.

A return or a cancellation follows Returns & Refunds. An unused item can be returned within 7 days of delivery. An order can be cancelled at no charge before it is dispatched.

8. Use of the site

Do not place an order with details you know are false, copy the catalogue in bulk, or interfere with checkout. The shop may stop an account that does this. Text and images on the site are for shopping here. Using them for something else needs permission from the operating business.

9. Liability and delay

Nothing on this page removes a right under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be given up. The operating business has not published any other limit on liability. Do not read a limit equal to the order amount into this page.

If dispatch or delivery is stopped by something outside the shop's control, the shop writes to the email on the order when it knows. Whether you can then cancel, and whether money already matched is returned, follows Returns & Refunds.

10. Changes

A later published version replaces this page from the date it is published. An order already placed stays under the terms that were on the site when the order was placed.

11. Law

These terms are intended to be read under the laws of India. The office address is in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The operating business has not confirmed which court would hear a dispute. The office city is not, by itself, that choice. Use Grievance Redressal before a formal complaint elsewhere.
